HEART SHAPED BIRD'S NEST & CAFE AU LAIT

There are many names for "Bird's Nest toast", I mainly call it Toad in the Hole but I don't want to confuse it with England's version for any readers (and because I'm vegetarian!). I simply used a knife to cut my desired heart shape - in the future I will probably try making a cat head like Lula's. On the weekend I bring out my special coffee cup from Barcelona's Els Quatre Gats cafe; I squeezed it into my luggage on a long flight and I am lucky it did not break!
